Coal gas is produced by coal with combustible components. The gas can be divided into: water gas, semi-water gas, air gas (or gasified coal gas) on base of production method,coal type and its functions.
1. 300 series gas generator’s main features are wide cylinder diameter, long stroke and large displacement, to ensure its continuous and steady power output.
2. 300 series adopts internal gas and air mixture system and gas & air ratio automatic control system to avoid back-fire and explosion that may caused by high content of hydrogen. No back-fire to ensure gas delivery safety.
3. Naturally gas intake gives high safety to gas delivery. The generator requires gas pressure only over 2kpa, which let the generator applied in a wilder range and more adaptive to the tars in gas. Gas intakes naturally, then after mixed with air,entered into burner directly, without going through turbo charger,inter cooler etc, less sections, less breakdowns.
4. 300 series adopts ignition system imported form USA and Germany to make sure the ignition controllable, to get high ignition power and accurate ignition time. By which, the ignition operation is more complete, more strong and with more explosive power.
5. Intake gas valve box can be demounted without moving cylinder head section. It is more convenient for maintenance and tar clearance.
6. Low speed,long life span. It runs 8000horus/year and overhaul circle is around 60,000hours.
7. Generator sets can parallel with other generator sets and parallel to gird manually and automatically. It can also run on iceberg model or even monitored remotely.
